MVT SC G2B crankcase for MBK mopeds
The MVT SC G2B moped crankcase was developed for racing. Made from high-quality aluminum, the housing can withstand high loads and can be used for very powerful setups.
Features MVT G2B engine housing:
- Robust construction: Made of aluminum, the housing can easily withstand high loads and high engine speeds.
- Compatibility: The distance between the cylinder bolts is 43 x 50mm, which is the same as the original.
- Versatility: Compatible with the MBK G2B Open engine with front intake for Bidalot RS, Conti CRX and Doppler Java racing chassis, as well as the MBK 51 G2B Open engine with side intake for original MBK 51 chassis.
- 2-piece crankcase: Contains 2 crankcase halves.
- Perfect centering: Ensured by 2 centering pins.
- Variator: The variator can be installed on the left or right (the ignition plate must be adapted accordingly).
- Intake: The case is designed to accommodate a large-volume reed valve of the type AM6 / Derbi.
- Crankshaft: Intended for 73mm crankwebs.
RECOMMENDED COMPONENTS: Suitable for crankshaft G2B / G3 for MBK and Peugeot 103 RCX / SPX with 39.7mm stroke and 85mm connecting rod, 50cc cylinder MVT SC G2B for MBK 51 and 19mm carburetor with straight mount.
Note: The installation of this crankcase requires technical know-how.
