Racing clutch for scooters
Clutch Motocforce Racing Evolution 105mm for Minarelli before 1998 - is a steplessly adjustable three-shoe clutch with the option of adjusting spring tension. The clutch comes with two sets of clutch springs in different strengths.
The spring preload is adjusted with this clutch via an Allen screw on the back, so without having to dismantle the clutch from the torque drive pulley. You'll only need a hex wrench.
The matching 105mm clutch bell is of course also available in our store. And the blocking tools needed for installation and removal.
Note: From 1998 Minarelli engines were equipped with different clutches. So please check if your clutch has 2 shoes (d. = 105mm) or 3 shoes (d. = 107mm) or measure the inner diameter. This clutch is suitable for Minarelli engines up to 1998, with a clutch bell diameter of 105mm, or original 2-shoe clutch.
Adjusting the Motoforce Evolution clutch
The spring tension of this clutch is adjusted via an Allen screw on the back, without having to remove the clutch from the rear pulley. Furthermore, the clutch spring holders can be removes, so the springs can be changed quickly and without effort.

Roller Kupplung
Die Kupplung ist für den reibungslosen Ablauf der Rollervariomatik unerlässlich. Sie sorgt dafür, dass die Motorleistung stufenlos und kontrolliert auf das Hinterrad übertragen wird.
Funktionsweise RollerKupplung
Kupplung und Kupplungsglocke der Fliehkraftkupplung bei Rollern bilden eine Einheit. Die Kupplungsglocke ist an der Eingangswelle des Motors befestigt. Wenn der Motor eine bestimmte Drehzahl erreicht, werden die Kupplungsbacken mit den Belägen durch die Fliehkraft nach außen gezogen. Dies führt zum Kontakt bzw. Kraftschluss zwischen Kupplung und Glocke, wodurch die Kraft vom Motor auf das Hinterrad übertragen werden kann.
Roller Kupplung einstellen
Bei Rollern handelt es sich um Fliehkraftkupplungen, die Fliehkraft bei steigender Drehzahl sorgt für den Kraftschluss. Die Kupplungsfedern spielen in diesem Prozess eine wichtige Rolle, da sie die Motordrehzahl beeinflussen, bei der die Kupplung einkuppelt, also Kontakt zur Glocke bekommt.
Die Kupplung greift bei weichen Federn bei einer niedrigeren Motordrehzahl, während harte Federn den Kuppelzeitpunkt verzögern. Es ist wichtig, den optimalen Kompromiss im Hinblick auf Setup und Einsatzzweck zu finden.
Präzisere Einstellungen können mit einer einstellbaren Kupplung umgesetzt werden, bei der die Spannung der Kupplungsfedern angepasst werden kann.
