Yamaha Jog R 50cc AC - General Information
In 2004, Yamaha introduced the Jog 50cc AC as well as the Yamaha Jog R 50 to the public. The scooter was produced until 2014 and due to the widespread Minarelli engine it is equipped with provides plenty of options for tuning. Yamaha Jog R 50 has a sportier design with aerodynamic elements and more aggressive lines. Often it also has a more eye-catching design. Dry weight is 76 kg and the tank has a capacity of 5.5 liters. The "City Jogger" has excellent off-the-line acceleration which will give you a nice head start at traffic lights.

The little scooter has an air-cooled short, horizontal Minarelli two-stroke single-cylinder engine that generated 2.4 hp. It can be started both with a starter motor (electrical) and by kick starter (mechanical). Traction cooling keeps the engine at optimum operating temperature. It is equipped with a carburetor.
Yamaha Jog R 50cc - Chassis
The Yamaha Jog 50cc AC is equipped with a hydraulic fork front ensuring a stable and comfortable ride, especially for urban riding. The rear suspension consists of a mono shock that effectively compensates for bumps in the road. The front wheel is equipped with a disc brake with a diameter of 190 mm, while the rear brake is a drum brake with a diameter of 110 mm. The tire size of the front tire is 110/70 x 12 and rear tire is 120/70 x 12", making for excellent grip and stability. The seat height of the scooter is 776 mm.
