AM6 Tuning Gearbox
Very high quality Gearbox Voca Racing for Minarelli AM6 (series 1 until 2011). For racing / tuning setups. Complete racing gearbox for Minarelli AM6 engines for improved, lossless shifting.
The individual pinions are made of the best steels with high breaking load and yield strength. This complete gearbox can be used to improve the gear ratio and as a result the overall performance of your bike. A shorter gear ratio (via larger gears) results in better acceleration.
Racing gearboxes have shortened gear steps to reduce the drop in RPM to the next gear. This is crucial to ensure that heavily tuned engines with a narrow power band do not drop below the optimal power range after shifting. To achieve this, the first two gears are extended and the final three gears are shortened. The shorter final gears are compensated for by the higher RPMs of a tuned engine. The top speed can also be adjusted via the final gear ratio of the sprockets.
Attention: For the reasons mentioned above, the gearbox should not be used for original / standard setups.
The gearbox is delivered complete and ready to install.

- 1st Gear: (36/14) 2.27:1
- 2nd Gear: (30/16) 1.65:1
- 3rd Gear: (29/19) 1.35:1
- 4th Gear: (27/20) 1.19:1
- 5th Gear: (26/21) 1.09:1
- 6th Gear: (25/22) 1:1
ATTENTION: There are two different versions of AM6 gearboxes. Generation V1 is a solid shaft with 6mm thread on the pinion side, generation V2 is a hollow shaft with 8mm thread on the pinion side. Take a look at the pinion shaft: Small hole for generation 1, large hole for generation 2.
Getriebe
Ein passend übersetztes Getriebe ist ein entscheidender Faktor für die Leistung eines Schaltmopeds oder Motorrads. Ihr könnt den leistungsstärksten Zylinder, den besten Auspuff und die großartigsten Tuningteile auf dem Markt verbauen - wenn das Getriebe nicht richtig abgestuft, zu kurz oder zu lang ist, werdet ihr niemals die optimale Leistung rausholen können.
Getriebe Reparatur
Wenn ihr über das nötige Know-how verfügt, könnt ihr einzelne Getriebeteile oder das komplette Getriebe austauschen, für die gängigen 50ccm Schaltmopeds gibt es seine große Auswahl.
Denken immer daran, das Getriebe zu warten, indem ihr das Öl regelmäßig wechselt. Ihr könnt Getriebeöl oder 4-Takt Motoröl verwenden (je nach Herstellerempfehlung).
Tuning Getriebe
Für 50cc Motorräder gibt es komplette Renngetriebe, deren Übersetzungen auf getunte Setups ausgelegt ist und bei denen relevante Bauteile verstärkt sind.
Hinweis: Wenn ihr das Originalgetriebe nicht durch ein Racing-Getriebe ersetzen könnt oder möchtet, könnt ihr die Endübersetzung auch durch die Verwendung eines unterschiedlich großen Ritzels und Zahnrads ändern.
