AM6 chain sprocket 420 v2
High-quality front sprocket for Rieju 50cc, Beta, Sherco, Fantic, Yamaha and other Minarelli AM6 models. Replacement for original sprocket or to change the gear ratio and thus the performance of the vehicle.
We also recommend treating the chain drive regularly with appropriate chain care products. This ensures the durability of the chain and prevents premature wear.
ATTENTION: There are two different versions of the AM6 motor gearbox. The series 1 or V1 with output shaft with 6mm thread (small bore) and the series 2 (V2) with hollow shaft and 8mm thread (large bore). Please compare the illustration with the output shaft of your motorcycle to avoid errors when ordering.
Funktion KettenRitzel
Das Ritzel eines Motorrads ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil des Kettenantriebs. Es wird direkt am Ausgang des Getriebes befestigt und ist über eine Kette mit dem Kettenrad verbunden.
Wie kann ich feststellen, ob das Ritzel abgenutzt ist?
Ein abgenutztes oder beschädigtes Ritzel kann sich durch Anzeichen wie metallische Klappergeräusche, abgenutzte Zähne, eine lockere Kette oder Schwierigkeiten beim Schalten bemerkbar machen.
kleineres oder größeres Ritzel ?
- Kleineres Ritzel → mehr Beschleunigung
- Größeres Ritzel → höhere Endgeschwindigkeit
Man muss auch das Übersetzungsverhältnis zwischen Kettenblatt und Ritzel berücksichtigen. Die Berechnung lautet: Anzahl Zähne Kettenrad / Anzahl Zähne Ritzel. Ein niedriges Verhältnis erhöht die Geschwindigkeit, während ein hohes Verhältnis die Beschleunigung verbessert.
Um eine optimale Lebensdauer zu gewährleisten, ist es wichtig, dass ihr die Kettenpflege nicht vernachlässigt, sehr hilfreich ist eine spezielle Kettenbürste.
