MVT S-RAce cylinder 70cc Peugeot 103
MVT 70cc S-Race cylinder kit for Peugeot 103 SP, MVL, 104 Vogue air-cooled (AC). The Nikasil-coated aluminum cylinder gives your classic moped plenty of power. With 6 transfer ports and a very carefully crafted exhaust, this 70cc cylinder kit optimizes engine performance and improves acceleration and top speed.

Pro-Tip: To get the best out of this cylinder, it is recommended to use it with a 19mm to 21mm carburetor, an SP2 S-Race exhaust and an MVT Digital Direct Ignition: DD02 (large cone) or DD03 (small cone), or MVT Premium: PREM02 (large cone) or PREM03 (small cone). Although the original crankshaft can be used, we recommend a reinforced crankshaft for optimum performance.

Einbau Zylinder auf Roller, Motorrad oder Mofa
Der Zylinder bzw. das Zylinderkit ist das Herz des Motors bei Roller, Motorrad und Mofa. Er besteht aus einem Zylinder, einem Kolben mit Kolbenring(en), einem Zylinderkopf und einem Dichtungssatz, der für die Montage erforderlich ist.
Die Lebensdauer eines Zylinders hängt davon ab, ob er korrekt montiert wurde.
Alu zylinder
Aluminium Zylinder sind bringen mehr Leistung als Grauguss Zylinder, allerdings erfordern sie regelmäßigere Wartung und müssen mit anderen Komponenten wie einer verstärkten Kurbelwelle und einem größeren Vergaser kombiniert werden.
Alu zylinder Einfahren
Alu Zylinder sollten etwa 200 Kilometer eingefahren werden, ihr solltet dabei ein vollsynthetisches Motoröl verwenden.
