MVT SC G4 crankcase for MBK and Peugeot mopeds
The MVT SC G4 Open c rankcase for MBK 51 and Peugeot 103 RCX and SPX mopeds was developed for racing. Made from high-quality aluminum, the case can withstand high loads and can be used for very powerful setups.
Features MVT G4 engine case:
- Robust construction: made of aluminum, the crankcase can easily withstand high loads and high engine speeds.
- Compatibility: The distance between the cylinder bolts is 52 x 52 mm, the same as on the original MBK and Peugeot models.
- Optimization of the intake: The intake tract is much larger than the G3 crankcase, so a V-Force 3 reed valve for 28 to 36 mm carburetors is recommended (Ref. MVT-CLG4).
- 2-piece crankcase: Contains 2 crankcase halves.
RECOMMENDED COMPONENTS:
- For 49.9cc engines, we recommend using this crankcase with the MBK 51/ 103 RCX SPX G2B / G3 crankshaft with 39.7mm stroke and 85mm connecting rod and the MVT SC cylinder G4 with 46mm bore (under development).
- For larger displacement models it is possible to use Minarelli AM6 / Derbi E3 / E4 cylinders up to 25 hp by modifying the cooling circuit of the cylinder (52 x 52 mm). In this case, the MBK 51/Peugeot RCX/SPX G4 crankshaft with 43 mm stroke and 90 mm connecting rod is recommended.
