Oil seal installation aid for Piaggio scooters
The tool is made of polyamide 66 (PA66), a soft but resistant material to avoid damage to the crankcase and oil seals during installation.
How the Mounting aid for oil seals works
The tool is offset at the front to hold the oil seal (variator side) in place and place it exactly where it belongs. To fit the oil seal on the ignition side, simply turn it over and repeat the procedure, tapping the tool lightly with a hammer.
The use of this special tool allows the correct installation of oil seals and a good lubrication of the bearings.
