The Malossi Sport for 50cc scooters with Minarelli horizontal LC engine like Yamaha Aerox, Malaguti F12 / F15, Aprilia SR is a 70cc cast iron cylinder designed for endurance racing but perfectly suited for everyday use thanks to its heat resistance and durability. Cast iron offers excellent wear resistance, and the 2-ring piston ensures a much longer lifespan than single-ring versions.

Torque and power are impressive, and with the right clutch setup, acceleration is simply great.

With the matching components (17.5mm carburetor, performance exhaust), you can expect approx. 7 - 9 hp. The wide powerband makes adjustment via CVT weights fairly easy. We recommend the Stage6 Pro Replica exhaust and the Tecnigas Silent Pro or Yasuni Eco for pilots who want to remain low-profile.
