Yamaha TMax 2001 - 2003
The popular T-Max maxi scooter from Yamaha came onto the market in 2001. Initially 500cc, the two-cylinder engine was later also offered with 530cc and then 560cc. The name TMax is based on another famous Yamaha machine, the VMax, which was also equipped with a V-engine. The "V" simply became "T" for Twin.
The TMax quickly became one of the leading models on the ever-growing maxi scooter market. Thanks to its practical CVT transmission, powerful engine and well-done suspension, which combines maneuverability and stability, the TMax is the ideal two-wheeler for city traffic and commuting, but also for longer cross-country trips.
