Peugeot Speedake - General information
The Peugeot Speedake is the predecessor of the Peugeot Speedfight. This was Peugeot's first step away from the conventional models like the Peugeot SV, embracing a more racing-oriented direction to connect with a younger audience. The Speedake was also launched in 2 other versions, the Peugeot Buxy and the Peugeot Zenith. They are identical apart from a few visual and technical changes. The Buxy, for example, has enduro tires to allow for easier riding on off-road surfaces. The Speedake comes with black three-spoke rims and has a storage compartment in the legshield instead of under the seat. It is equipped with large sports mirrors and the instruments have a modern carbon-like look design.
Peugeot Speedake 50 - Engine
The Peugeot Speedake has a vertical, air-cooled, single-cylinder Peugeot 2-stroke engine. The mixture is prepared in a Gurtner PV 12 carburetor, and the transmission is a modern automatic CVT with V-belt.
Peugeot Speedake - Chassis
