Shipping within Germany

Deliveries within Germany cost € 4.90 per order. We offer free shipping for orders over 119 € (except cash on delivery).

Shipping abroad

Shipping costs for international deliveries depend on destination, shipping weight and shipping provider. The costs for your delivery will be displayed during the ordering process. We always try to offer you the most favorable rate for your destination.

Delivery time

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the delivery time for items in stock is 48 hours for deliveries to Germany and France and 2-5 working days to other European countries. Deliveries to third countries can take up to 40 days.

SHIPPING TYPES

DHL

DHL delivers from Monday to Saturday.
The parcels are collected from us daily at 15:00. Afterwards you have to expect 1-2 working days for delivery, for deliveries to other EU countries 2-5 working days and for deliveries to other countries up to 40 days. The service provider will try to deliver once to the delivery address; if he does not reach anyone, he will leave a parcel card with which you can collect the parcel from the nearest post office within 7 days. Within Germany, shipping with DHL is free for end customers from an order value of €119 (except cash on delivery).

UPS

UPS delivers from Monday to Friday.
These parcels are also collected from us daily at 15:00. Afterwards you have to expect 1-2 working days for delivery, for deliveries to other European countries 2-5 working days, deliveries to third countries take up to 40 days. The UPS courier will try to deliver the parcel 3 days in a row; if he fails to do so, the parcel will be held for 3 more days at the UPS delivery station for collection. Within Germany, shipping with UPS is free for customers for any order over € 119 (except cash on delivery). For UPS shipments to other EU countries, shipping is free for orders over €150.

UPS Express

These parcels are also collected from us daily at 3.00 pm. We use UPS Express for all countries outside Europe as well as various European countries such as Great Britain, Finland, Greece, Spain, Portugal and more. The shipping costs vary depending on destination and weight and are displayed to the customer during the ordering process.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery takes place within the delivery time specified for each item. In general, the delivery period for payment by PayPal or credit card begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of cash on delivery or invoice purchase, on the day after the contract is concluded. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the period begins from receipt of the money in our bank.

Tracking

If you have provided an e-mail address or cell phone number with your order, the parcel number (tracking number) will be sent to you by the sender and you can track your parcel online. Of course, you can also conveniently call up the tracking number in your customer account under "My orders" on our website.

We offer free shipping to countries in the European Economic Area for orders over €119. Here is a list with all countries, the minimum order value and the shipping provider we use.
