Compatibility of Voca mufflers
Silencer for performance exhaust, compatible with most tuning exhausts on the market and, of course, all VOCA exhaust systems:
- Low-mount exhausts: BigBore 90, Racing Carbon 80cc, Rookie 50/70 (CE), Warrior 50/70 and Chromed 50/70 (CE)
- High-mount Cross exhausts: Cross 50/70 (CE), Cross Chromed 50/70 (CE), Cross Rookie 50/70 (CE), Cross Carbon 80/90.

The Voca Racig silencers consist of a sleeve made of high-quality aluminium and a CNC-milled end cap made of anodized aluminium.
There is no extra disc for attaching the end cap; the end cap is attached directly to the silencer with 3 black stainless steel screws. It has an engraved VOCA logo and a honeycomb design at the top.
O-rings on the end caps ensure a better seal.
The colored end caps are sold separately, allowing you to replace worn-out caps or experiment with different color combinations. Anything goes, just go for it!

Der Endschalldämpfer, kurz ESD, ist ein essentieller Teil der Auspuffanlage eines Zweirads. Seine Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, die Geräusche zu dämpfen, das die Abgase beim Austritt aus dem Motor erzeugen, und so Lärmbelästigung zu vermeiden.
Funktionsweise eines Schalldämpfers
Der Endschalldämpfer ist in der Regel ein Rohr mit perforierten Innenkammern, die mit einem schalldämpfenden Material ummantelt sind. Wenn die Abgase in den Schalldämpfer eintreten, passieren sie die Öffnungen in den Wänden des Rohrs und werden dann von der Dämmwolle absorbiert.
ESD Wartung
Solltet ihr bemerken, dass euer Zweirad immer lauter wird, ist es an der Zeit, die Dämmwolle und die Auspuffdichtungen auszutauschen. Die Wartung ist relativ einfach und erfordert nur wenige Werkzeuge.
Wenn ihr euer Motorrad oder Roller regelmäßig wartet, empfehlen wir die Anschaffung eines Auspuffstopfen, um die Wirksamkeit und Lebenserwartung des Dämmmaterials zu erhalten.
