LED Turn Signal Resistor
Resistor LED indicators 11 watts - 15 ohms. The package contains 1 resistor. The load resistor must be connected to each individual indicator, so a total of 4 resistors are needed.
Conversion to LED turn signals
If for some reason you can't use an LED flasher relay, for example if the relay is fixed and cannot be removed, a resistor is a good alternative. Just like a relay, it limits and controls the current to keep at at the specific level needed for the LEDs.
Why do you need a relay or resistor?
The electrical load of LED indicators is different from conventional indicators, and the flash frequency is out of the acceptable range. When converting to economical and powerful LED indicators, the correct flashing frequency can only be guaranteed by a resistor or a special LED flasher relay.
