Italkit W-Force Reed valve for Aprilia 125 (Rotax 122-123)
The Italkit W-Force reed valve optimizes performance of Aprilia 125cc with Rotax 122 and 123 engines.
W-Force Doble Prisma
The 8 reed blades made of Vetronite®, a high-strength glass-epoxy material developed by Von Roll Deutschland GmbH, ensure a precise fit and a noticeable increase in performance.
Advantages of Italkit W-Force
Thanks to the 8 reeds with a thickness of 0.40 mm, the reeed valve offers more power at low and medium RPM without compromising performance at high revs. The design ensures perfect sealing of the reed petals, prevents rebound and optimizes engine efficiency even at maximum speed.

Membranblock für Roller, Motorrad, Mofa und Moped
Der Membranblock ist ein integraler Bestandteil des Einlasssystems. Er befindet sich in der Regel unter dem Ansaugstutzen.
Funktionsweise Membranblock
Der Membranblock ist normalerweise V-förmig und verfügt über zwei Lamellen. Wenn die Membran geöffnet wird, strömt Gemisch, bei geschlossener Membran wird der Zufluss deutlich reduziert. Der Durchfluss wird durch die Öffnung des Vergaserschiebers gesteuert, was die Menge des Gemisches steuert und die Drehzahl beeinflusst.
Welche Membran?
Die Art und Form des Membranblocks kann die Motorleistung beeinflussen. Zu den gängigen Typen gehören die V-Force Membran in W-Form mit 4 Membranplättchen sowie Oversize Membranblocks mit mehr Volumen als die Originalmembranen.
Membran einstellen
Ihr könnt das Verhalten des Motors mit unterschiedlich dicken Lamellen, der Verwendung eines Stuffers oder eines Membranblockspacers verbessern. Mit diesen Änderungen könnt ihr den Gemisch-Fluss beeinflussen, was sich auf die Gesamtleistung des Motors auswirken kann.
Hinweis: Beim Einbau auch die Einlassdichtung wechseln!
