Premium quality meets custom look: Rear Sprocket / Chainring 53 teeth - 420 Stage6 aluminium CNC Derbi Senda DRD Pro / Racing.
The extremely robust chainrings for mopeds with chain drive are CNC-milled from high quality aluminium and then anodized. They are made in Europe, no cheap product from Asia!
When developing the sprockets, Stage6 placed great emphasis on high durability and cool custom aesthetics as well as efficient power transmission. The sprockets are made of aluminium and therefore 40% lighter than comparable steel sprockets. This considerably reduces the weight or the load on the rear train and axle, which can lead to decisive advantages especially in racing. In addition, CNC-machined aluminium sprockets have more precise toothing compared to normal steel sprockets.
We recommend to change the whole assembly at once, so replace sprocket and chain as well to increase the life of all components through even wear.

Funktion Kettenblatt
Das hintere Kettenrad eines Motorrads ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil des Kettenantriebs. Es wird direkt am Hinterrad befestigt und ist über eine Kette mit dem Kettenritzel verbunden.
Wie kann ich feststellen, ob das Kettenrad abgenutzt ist?
Ein abgenutztes oder beschädigtes Kettnrad kann sich durch Anzeichen wie metallische Klappergeräusche, abgenutzte Zähne, eine lockere Kette oder Schwierigkeiten beim Schalten bemerkbar machen.
kleineres oder größeres Kettenblatt?
- Kettenrad mit mehr Zähnen → mehr Beschleunigung
- Kettenrad mit weniger Zähnen → höhere Endgeschwindigkeit
Man muss auch das Übersetzungsverhältnis zwischen Kettenblatt und Ritzel berücksichtigen. Die Berechnung lautet: Anzahl Zähne Kettenrad / Anzahl Zähne Ritzel. Ein niedriges Verhältnis erhöht die Geschwindigkeit, während ein hohes Verhältnis die Beschleunigung verbessert.
Um eine optimale Lebensdauer zu gewährleisten, ist es wichtig, dass ihr die Kettenpflege nicht vernachlässigt, sehr hilfreich ist eine spezielle Kettenbürste.
