Akrapovic Evolution Line Titanium
Evolution Line full exhaust from Akrapovic for Yamaha YZ250F / YZ250FX from 2024, performance exhaust for motocross motorcycles.
The high-end Evolution full exhaust system is the flagship model from Akrapovic. The Evolution Line exhausts are made entirely of titanium and are therefore ultra-light. The reduction in weight improves the handling of the motorcycle. Engine power is maximized across the entire RPM range.
Apart from the outstanding performance, the Evo Line exhaust scores with a fantastic racing look and the unmistakable Akrapovic sound.
Akrapovic - performance, sound and looks
Top performance: An integrated resonance chamber ensures optimum performance and better response across the entire rev range. It offers improved throttle response across the entire rev range and an optimized throttle feel, giving the rider increased control. You can download the dyno data in the download area.
Less weight: The manifold and silencer are made from a lightweight, high-quality titanium alloy. The overall weight is reduced compared to the original, which has a positive effect on handling, maneuverability and acceleration.
Perfect protection: High resistance to impacts thanks to different thicknesses in different sections.
Sporty FIM approved sound: A newly profiled surface ensures the deep, full, unmistakable "Akrapovic" sound. Optimum sound reduction to meet the FIM noise standards for competitions.
Awesome look: The Evolution systems made of matt shimmering titanium look sporty and elegant. The exhausts combine a sporty look with high quality that is immediately recognizable at first glance.
Simple installation: The Evolution Line exhaust can be installed plug & play without the need for remapping. Akrapovic specifies 30 minutes.

The Evolution Line is a full exhaust and is supplied complete with headpipe.
The exhaust is made of titanium alloy, the silencer sleeve has a matt finish with a titanium end cap also made of titanium.

Motorrad Auspuff KOmplettanlage
Auch bei Motorrädern kann der Austausch des original Auspuffs gegen eine Tuning -Anlage zu mehr Leistung oder einem verbesserten Leistungsprofil führen, vor allem aber bringt eine Tuning Abgasanlage einen bessern Klang, da Original-Auspuffanlagen oft etwas dumpf klingen.
Slip-on oder komplettanlage?
Der Austausch der kompletten Auspuffanlage hat gegenüber dem Austausch von Slip-on (nur Schalldämpfer) oder Krümmer entscheidende Vorteile. Wenn ihr euch für eine Auspuff Komplettanlage entscheidet, müsst ihr euch keine Gedanken über die Kompatibilität der einzelnen Komponenten machen.
Slip-ons passen zwar in der Regel auf den Originalkrümmern bzw. Krümmer auf den original Schalldämpfer, trotzdem bringt die Montage einer Komplettanlage, bei der Schalldämpfer und Krümmer von vorneherein perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt sind, die besten Ergebnisse mit optimalem Leistungsprofil und maximaler Leistung.
Reparatur einer komplettanlage
Wenn der original Auspuff zu laut wird, müsst ihr ihn nicht zwangläufig austauschen. In unserem Shop gibt es Auspuff Dämmwolle, spezielle Edelstahl Nieten sowie Federn, Halterungen und Dichtungen, um den Auspuff wieder auf Vordermann zu bringen.
Sollte der Auspuff nicht mehr zu retten sein (z. B. weil er nach einem Sturz verbogen ist), könnt ihr wie oben erwähnt auch einen passenden Slip-on wählen, die etwas weniger als eine Komplettanlage kosten.

Wir teilen unsere Produkte in unterschiedliche Leistungsklassen Original, Sport, Racing und High End ein, damit unsere Kunden die passenden Teile für ihr Setup auswählen können. Es ist hierbei wirklich wichtig, Teile aus demselben Tuningbereich zu kombinieren, die trifft insbesondere auf Zylinder, Kurbelwellen und Auspuffanlagen zu.
Racing Produkte sind für extremere Einsatzzwecke vorgesehen und werden vor allem für den Rennsport entwickelt. Egal, ob man bei 50 ccm bleibt oder den Hubraum erweitert, die entsprechenden Racing Teile bieten eine weitaus höhere Leistung als die Originalteile, um maximale Leistung zu erzielen.
